Google to Host Investor Conference Call

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – May 23, 2006 – Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) will host a question-and-answer session for investors and financial analysts at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. As part of our ongoing communications with the financial community, we are providing an opportunity for investors and analysts to discuss general business strategy and plans with members of senior management.
